Our stacks are fabricated in shops specifically geared for quality and efficient stack fabrication.  We have a long history of successful stack projects constructed of carbon steel and a wide variety of alloys.  Our shops use modern computerized burn tables, shears, rolls, submerged arc welders, fit up jigs and assembly equipment.  We offer both Union and Non-Union fabrication. Quality control and quality assurance are mainted using published standards. Special care is always taken with alloy work and PMI maintained upon request.  Surface blasting along with interior and exterior custom paint systems can be provided as required. Internal refractory, fiberglass liners and insulation are all perfomed in our fabrication facilities by trained personnel.  We welcome and encourage client and third party inspection visits to any of our facilities.
